Labrador Accessibility Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our accessibility testing platform.
Information We Collect
Personal Information
- Email address (for account creation and communication)
- Name (if provided)
- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)
Usage Information
- Audit data and test results you create
- Project information and page URLs you test
- Screenshots and files you upload
- Usage patterns and feature interactions
How We Use Your Information
We process your personal information based on the following legal grounds: contract performance (providing and maintaining our services, processing payments, customer support), legitimate interest (improving the platform, analyzing usage, maintaining security and preventing fraud), legal obligation (complying with applicable laws, responding to legal requests), and consent (marketing communications where explicitly opted in, non-essential cookies or tracking where applicable).
Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the platform:
- Stripe: payment processing and subscription management
- Intercom: customer support and communication (receives name, email, and usage data)
- Google Analytics: website analytics (receives anonymized usage data)
- LinkedIn Insight Tag: advertising analytics and retargeting (receives page visit and conversion data)
- Mailmodo: email delivery (receives email addresses for account notifications and invitations)
These providers are bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements and may only use your information to provide services to us. We may also share information with your explicit consent, when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
Data Security
Protections include HTTP Strict Transport Security, Cross-Origin Resource Policy, referrer policy, clickjacking protection, MIME sniffing prevention, and a Content Security Policy. All data is transmitted over HTTPS, API endpoints are rate limited, form submissions are validated, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and payment information is processed by Stripe (we do not store card details).
Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, data portability, objection, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, and the right to opt out of marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact help@testwithlabrador.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Data Retention
- Account information: retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion
- Audit data & projects: retained while active and for 90 days after account deletion for backup purposes
- Payment information: processed by Stripe under their retention policies (typically 7 years for tax purposes)
- Support communications: retained for 2 years
- Security logs: retained for 1 year
